Ten Exercise Full Body Session

Do each exercise for 60 seconds and then have 15 seconds rest (Do 2 or 3 rounds and have 90 seconds between each round)

  1. Bunny Hops (4 hops) into Burpees
  2. Ab Oblique + In/Out and lift to full height
  3. Rotational Swivel Jumping Lunges
  4. 5 pulsing Wide Stance Press Ups
  5. Squat Jumps
  6. Superman into skydiver into Penguins (hold each position for 10 sec)
  7. Rotational Mountain Climbers
  8. Body Squat into Squat Jump
  9. Hip Hinge to Table Top
  10. Rotational Crunches into full extension
