
Ten Exercise Full Body Session
Do each exercise for 60 seconds and then have 15 seconds rest (Do 2 or 3 rounds and have 90 seconds between each round)
- Bunny Hops (4 hops) into Burpees
- Ab Oblique + In/Out and lift to full height
- Rotational Swivel Jumping Lunges
- 5 pulsing Wide Stance Press Ups
- Squat Jumps
- Superman into skydiver into Penguins (hold each position for 10 sec)
- Rotational Mountain Climbers
- Body Squat into Squat Jump
- Hip Hinge to Table Top
- Rotational Crunches into full extension
