Ten Reps Challenge

Only do 10 reps on each exercise but do it without any rest between each exercise.

  1. Press Ups
  2. Squats
  3. Alternating Mountain Climbers
  4. Burpees
  5. Leg Raises
  6. Renegade Row (10 on each arm)
  7. Jumping Lunges (10 on each legs)
  8. Table Top touching opposite foot with opposite hand.
  9. Buzz Saw
  10. Prisoner or Streamline Squat.
