Changes to Squad Structure
19 Jun 2019
Our Head Coach, Paul Dollery, has updated the squad structure within the Club to give a clearer pathway for all swimmers, to set clearer criteria and expectations for swimmers in each squad, and to allow each swimmer to have the opportunity to develop their swimming skills, reach their full potential and achieve their personal goals.
The new squad structure and information about each squad is available here. The new timetable is available here.
The changes will take effect after the summer holidays, starting on 1 September 2019. All swimmers will be notified of their new squad well before that date.
Eastleigh Swim Club Masters swimmer Kate Steels has taken on one of her most ambitious challenges yet – completing a 21.5km swim from Baltimore to Fastnet Rock in Ireland, with hopes of setting a new ladies' record.

We are thrilled to share that our team captain, Alana Maddock, has officially qualified for this year’s Summer Nationals.
