Eastleigh Swim Club runs a well respected and popular Learn to Swim programme. It has developed over recent years in line with the Swim England National Plan for Teaching Swimming. This is an all-inclusive programme taking the non-swimmer from his or her first splash to developing confidence and competence in the water.

Session Times and Locations
- OAKLANDS POOL, SOUTHAMPTON
We are excited to be able to start providing swimming lessons on Saturdays at Oaklands Pool in Southampton.
We have spaces available for all abilities of swimmer from beginners up to Swim England Stage 7.
Lessons will run throughout the year with the first lessons starting on 12th September. Sessions will be held between 11:30am and 2:30pm.
- PLACES LEISURE EASTLEIGH
We continue to be unable to offer swimming lessons at Places Leisure Eastleigh while the leisure centre is reopening its facilities to the public.
APPLICATION FORM - For new applicants, please use the Contact Us page to email the Learn2Swim Enquiries Team. Please describe any previous swimming experience and specify the session you require. Existing members will receive an electronic re-enrolment invite.
The programme is managed at Eastleigh Swim Club by our Head Coach, Paul Dollery, together with a team of dedicated Swim England/STA qualified swimming teachers. They are ably assisted by some of our current senior swimmers who have competed at County level and above, providing good role models for our young swimmers.
- Children are accepted at age 3 from complete beginners through to improvers.
- Lessons are run with a maximum of 5 swimmers per class.
Opportunity is available for fast-track entry into the Multi-Level Training Squads of Eastleigh Swim Club for those swimmers displaying the ambition, potential and enthusiasm to further develop their swimming skills and compete in swimming events.
