Paul and Matt have issued a series of land training sets, which are now available on the website.
Training videos from Matt will follow as soon as time permits. Please be patient for those.

Please do continue to let us know about the home exercises you're doing, fitness challenges you've participated in, if you're doing the Joe Wicks PE lessons or if you have any inspirational messages for your teammates and we'll post the best ones on the Land Training Hall Of Fame.
