Eastleigh Swim Club runs a well respected and thriving Learn to Swim programme. It has developed over recent years in line with the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS). This is an all- inclusive programme taking the non-swimmer from his or her first splash to developing confidence and competence in the water.

Fridays : 6 weeks starting 20 April until 25 May inclusive and 7 weeks starting 8 June until 20 July inclusive
Sundays : 5 weeks starting 22 April until 20 May inclusive and 8 weeks starting 3 June until 22 July inclusive
Mondays: 6 weeks (5 sessions) starting 16 April until 21 May inclusive (no swimming on Bank Holiday Monday 7th May) and 8 weeks starting 4 June until 23 July inclusive
No swimming during Half Term: Sunday 27 May, Monday 28 May or Friday 1 June
FUTURE TERM DATES
Lessons are currently from £6 per lesson, payable termly and subject to annual increase
The programme is managed at Eastleigh Swim Club by Mandy Atton together with a team of dedicated, ASA/STA qualified swimming teachers. They are ably assisted by some of our current senior swimmers who have competed at County level and above, providing good role models to our young swimmers.
- Children are accepted at age 3 from complete beginners through to improvers.
- Lessons are run with a maximum of 8 swimmers per class.
Opportunity is available for fast-track entry into the Multi-Level Training Squads of Eastleigh Swim Club for those swimmers displaying the ambition, potential and enthusiasm to succeed.
