Head Coach Update April 2026
05 May 2026
April saw us again at a couple of meets through the month. First of was Haslemere Open
meet even though it was a very long day on a very warm poolside the swimmers showed
great spirit and as always did not disappoint on their swims. With more Pbs medals and
gaining that important race experience.
The last weekend of April saw the start of the South East Regionals and first up was our very
own Sammy Scott who was competing at the first weekend of the regionals for age group
swimmers.
Everyone who competed over all the weekends represented the club well, also showed lots of
support for each other while racing which was very good to see.
Thank you also goes to all the team managers and officials that gave up their weekends and
volunteered at the all the events
Regionals are currently underway and I would like to wish all those who have qualified and
due to compete the best of luck I know you will all do us proud.
Please keep an eye on our social pages to see how we are getting on and to show support.

Eastleigh Swim Club
Eastleigh Swim Club Masters had a fantastic day at the Marlins Masters Meet on 7 February 2026, finishing joint second overall. A big well done to everyone who raced, supported and helped make it such a positive team effort.
Eastleigh Swim Club Masters swimmer Kate Steels has taken on one of her most ambitious challenges yet – completing a 21.5km swim from Baltimore to Fastnet Rock in Ireland, with hopes of setting a new ladies' record.
